Val Black is a retired printer and born-again Christian who has taught the Bible for over forty years. Married to his wife, Julie, since 1960, he is grateful for a growing family that includes five children, twelve grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. Val has served as an interim pastor for a non-denominational church, authored both fiction and non-fiction books, and continues to write devotionals, Family Bible Studies, and Bible messages published on his website. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and painting landscapes in watercolor, oil, and acrylics — several of which have been sold.
